Using Your Gaia Store Credit

Your Gaia store credit is automatically added to your account when your consigned items sell. Follow the simple steps below to view your balance and redeem it online.

STEP 1

You'll Receive a Store Credit Email

As soon as your consigned item sells, and is processed, we'll send you an email confirming that store credit has been added to your Gaia account.

STEP 2

Sign in to your Gaia Account

Be sure to sign in using the same email address you used when consigning your items.

If you use Shop Pay, simply continue with your saved account. Otherwise, sign in using the same email address.

STEP 3

Confirm Your Credit

Your available store credit is visible in your account profile at any time.

STEP 4

Shop as usual

Add your favorite pieces to your cart.

Step 5

Apply Your Store Credit

During checkout, simply select Apply Store Credit. Your available balance will automatically be applied to your purchase.

No. Your Gaia store credit never expires.

Can I use it in-store?

Yes! Your store credit can be redeemed both online and at Gaia Boutique.

What if my purchase costs more than my credit?

Simply pay the remaining balance at checkout.

What if I don't use it all?

Any remaining balance stays on your account for your next purchase.
