We want you to be happy with your purchase, and offer quick and easy returns or exchanges on most items in our store.

What can be returned or exchanged?
Regular Priced Items
For in-store purchases, we will accept returns on regular priced items within 10 days of the purchase date for Store Credit Only. All Online returns can be returned within 10 days of arrival date for a full refund. We go by tracking information provided by shipper. All goods must be unworn, with tags and in perfect condition.

Sale Items (In-store and Online)
All marked down items are final sale.
Promotional sale items are returnable within 10 days.

Special Orders (In-store and Online)
All special orders from trunk shows, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Gift Cards (In-store and Online)
Are not returnable or refundable for cash

+Exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive the original order. If it was store error, Gaia will provide shipping for the exchange.
+All refunds will be processed upon receipt of the items.
+All returns and exchanges, unrelated to damages due to shipping, will be at the expense of the customer.
