Every garment has been thoughtfully selected, inspected, and given the opportunity to begin a new chapter.

Questions About Gaia Pre-Loved

Are all items authentic?

Absolutely. Every piece is inspected before it becomes part of Gaia Pre-Loved.

What condition are the garments in?

All items are gently pre-loved. Any notable imperfections beyond normal wear will be described in the product listing, under the Condition heading.

Can I return Pre-Loved purchases?

Because every item is one of one, all Pre-Loved purchases are Final Sale.

Will you accept my clothing?

We’re currently accepting select garments from designers carried by Gaia.

Every piece is individually reviewed to ensure it reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and enduring style our customers have come to expect.

How to Consign

  1. Email us at info@shopgaia.com with the subject line “Gaia Pre-Loved Items for Sale.”
  2. Include a few clear photos of each garment, along with the designer (if known), size, and any details you’d like us to know.
  3. Our team will review your submission and contact you if we’d like to include your piece in the Gaia Pre-Loved Collection.
  4. Accepted items can then be brought to the boutique or shipped to Gaia for inspection, photography, and listing online and in-store.
  5. When your item sells, you’ll receive 50% of the final pre-tax selling price as Gaia Store Credit.

What do I receive for my consigned items when sold?

When your item sells, you’ll receive 50% of the final selling price (before tax) as Gaia Store Credit. If you consign in-store, your credit will be added to your Gaia account. If your item sells online or you’re shopping from out of town, we’ll email you a one-time-use store credit code once the order has been completed.

Your Gaia Store Credit can be used toward any regular-priced or sale merchandise, including future Pre-Loved finds.

Gaia Store Credit never expires and is our way of helping beautiful garments continue their journey while making room for your next favorite find.
